"Single Adults" refers to unmarried, divorced or widowed persons over 30 years of age. Unmarried persons 18 to 30 years of age are referred to as "Young Adults."

This is a volunteer maintained web site. IKOsingles.com is not an official or quasi-official LDS website, is not sanctioned nor endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and does not claim to communicate official LDS doctrine or practices.
The webmaster reserves the right to use editorial discretion when publishing any submitted information.
Confusing or incomplete submissions might not be published. Actual dates (not "this Saturday" or "next Saturday") and actual street addresses (not "at the Stake") are required.
To respect privacy, name and contact information (email/phone-#) will likely (but are not guaranteed to) be deleted from notices on the web page unless that individual specifically authorizes the webmaster that it is okay with him/her to put his/her name/email/phone-# on the web site. However, the webmaster will not delete contact information from flyers available for download.
Events of a regional nature, either by official sanction, or by tradition, (Kirtland, Happy Hollow, etc.) may be given emphasis at the webmaster's discretion.
The webmaster does not remember names and addresses for 15 stakes. Therefore, please include complete information, including street address and city of event locations with each submission. The webmaster is not the look-up secretary for 15 stake reps.
If you send an updated flyer, please INDICATE IN THE EMAIL that it is an UPDATED flyer and specify the UPDATE DATE. The webmaster receives many copies of the same flyer and doesn't have time to scrutinize them all to see if there have been changes. Say something like "Here's the new flyer, with changes made MM/DD/YYYY". If you don't, additional flyers will be assumed to be duplicates, and will be discarded.
Coordinators/Reps for ward level, stake level, area/region level events are welcome to submit information for their events.
If you are not the coordinator/rep for an event, please do NOT submit information. Receiving information from multiple sources is like playing "Post Office", and it gets distorted. If you wish to help advertise something, please request the coordinator/rep to submit the information.
If pertinent details have been left out of your event's online description, please bring it to the webmaster's attention.
After-action reviews of events are invited, and may be submitted for publication even after the event's announcement has been removed from the web site. Reviews are also subject to editing and editorial discretion.
